Rare Tiffany Style Lamps ships all of our lamps in highly protected and cushioned containers via UPS (United Parcel Service) Ground Service. The cost of shipping includes product insurance to cover replacement costs in the rare event a product sustains damage during transfer.

All IN-STOCK Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days. The shipping charge and product insurance are listed on the Billing Form page on Checkout.

If you’d like to have your item shipped by another freight carrier, or use a different freight priority (ie, overnight, 2-day, etc.), please contact us directly either by phone or email to place your order and make specialized shipping arrangements:

Each lamp or lighting fixture is hand wired, hand assembled, and hand tested before it proceeds to packaging. When the shipment is received at our distribution center the lamps are inspected, yet again, before they are shipped to you. We believe quality control and personal customer service is the foundation of our success, and you will be very pleased with the quality and beauty of your lamp or lighting fixture.

Please note we cannot ship to a P.O. Box.  For residents who live in Hawaii and Alaska, we can only send our products through Air to you.  Please call or email us to find out the shipping charges.  

International Shipping

At this time, Rare Tiffany Style Lamps only ships to US addresses within the 48 contiguous U.S. States. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Out of Stock Merchandise

If for some reasons an item on your order is temporarily out of stock, we will give you a call or send you an email immediately. At that time, you can decide whether you want to cancel your order or have us to backorder the item for you and hold your order. Then as soon as the backordered item arrives at the warehouse, it will be shipped immediately.

If the item is on back order the shipping time may be 2-6 weeks; in some cases it may be longer. Please check with us on stock availability if that is a concern for you. It may be best for you to drop us a note at our 
Customer Care Department to check on stock availability.
